Supervisor - Shift

• Supervise shift operations at the Command & Control Centre; manage operator task allocation and attendance. • Ensure compliance with SOPs, escalation protocols and incident response procedures. • Maintain shift logs, incident records and handover briefings for incoming shifts. • Report critical incidents and operational issues to senior management; coordinate with agencies during events. • The description of assigned task shall be as per the required roll at the time of hiring • Bachelor's degree BA/BSc (14 years education). Experience in shift-based operations or control room environment preferred
