Qualification
● Master's degree (minimum 16 years of education) in ICT/ Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronics)/ Education Policy/ Human Resource Development / Management Sciences or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Degrees from foreign institutions must be accompanied by a valid HEC equivalence certificate.
● Candidates with 18 years of education (MS/MPhil) in a relevant field may be preferred.
● Certifications in Curriculum Design, M&E Systems, EdTech Integration, or Quality Assurance in Higher/Technical Education will be an advantage.
Experience
● Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in curriculum development, monitoring & evaluation, education policy, accreditation frameworks, or skill development programs, preferably within the technology, engineering, or technical education sectors.
Preferred Exposure To
● Supporting curriculum reforms for semiconductor/microelectronics, ICT, or other advanced technical fields.
● Working with national/international accreditation bodies and regulatory agencies.
● Implementing or supporting M&E frameworks for large-scale capacity-building or skill development programs.
● Collaboration with universities, technical institutes, and industry partners.
Key Skills
● Strong coordination between academia, industry, and regulatory bodies for curriculum alignment.
● Ability to support skills-gap assessments and labor market analyses.
● Familiarity with EdTech, e-learning, and LMS integration into technical curricula.
● Project management skills for education reform and capacity-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the design, evaluation, and implementation of technical/semiconductor-focused curricula aligned with industry and global best practices.
● Support the development and updating of curriculum standards through benchmarking with international leaders.
● Facilitate integration of blended learning and EdTech solutions into training programs.
● Assist in the development and execution of M&E frameworks, tools, and reporting systems for the project.
● Monitor training program outputs, outcomes, and KPIs to ensure alignment with project objectives.
● Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for curriculum quality and M&E processes.
● Liaise with universities, HEC, accreditation bodies, and industry for curriculum alignment and compliance.
● Contribute to the preparation of reports, audits, and government submissions related to curriculum and M&E.
KPIs for Annual Performance Appraisal
● Curriculum Development Support: At least 80% of curriculum deliverables achieved as per annual plan.
● M&E Reporting: 100% timely submission of M&E reports/dashboards for training programs.
● Data Quality: 100% of M&E data tools deployed and updated quarterly.
● Stakeholder Engagement: Contribution to at least 3 collaborative curriculum/M&E initiatives annually.
● Integration of Digital Learning: Blended learning or LMS components integrated in at least 70% of programs.
