CEO, PHA Foundation

CEO will provide strategic leadership to PHAF, lead professional teams, oversee large-scale housing and infrastructure projects, drive business transformation through emerging technologies, ensure effective project management, and maintain compliance with applicable government laws and policies. The candidate must hold a Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in a relevant discipline, have at least 15 years of relevant professional experience including senior management experience, preferably with CEO/MD experience in the public sector, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and have sound knowledge of government laws, project management, public procurement and public financial management.
