Primary Pass with Valid Driving license holder and well versed in traffic rules.

• Safely drive official vehicles to transport officers, staff and guests for official duties.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the vehicle.
• Check fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, battery and other essential components before undertaking journeys.
• Maintain the vehicle logbook and provide accurate details of journeys, mileage, fuel consumption and timings.
• Comply with traffic laws, departmental instructions and road-safety requirements.
• Report mechanical faults, defects or maintenance requirements promptly to the competent authority.
• Ensure that the vehicle is parked at the designated place after duty and is kept secure.
• Perform any other duty assigned by the competent authority in connection with official transport.
