Qualification: Atleast 2nd Class Bachelor's Degree and computer literate.
Experience: 04 years relevant experience.

Job Description:

• Coordination with relevant sections, branches, and departments for the smooth conduct of day to day operations of the department.
• Draft routine correspondence, official notes, notifications, and summaries as directed by the Senior Officers.
• Utilize computer software to process departmental data, manage spreadsheets, and generate periodic reports.
• Receipt, processing, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintenance and updating of office registers, records, and databases.
• Any other work whenever assigned by the superiors.
