Job Description

Qualification: Matric, Trade Certificate of Telephone Operator from any Government recognized institute.
Experience: 03 years relevant experience
Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan.

Job Description:

Receiving calls and routing them to the concerned departments or designated officials, as appropriate.
Help callers with basic information about office extensions, department locations, and general public inquiries.
Assist internal staff with booking or connecting official long-distance or departmental calls when needed.
Managing urgent telephone communications and call arrangements related to official meetings, ensuring prompt and efficient coordination.
