- Minimum 2nd Class Bachelor Degree CS/SC/IT OR 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineering in Computer Hardware.
- 3 years experience in relevant field.

Job Description:
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity problems reported by users through help desk tickets, emails, or phone calls.
- Setting up, configuring, and deploying new computers, peripheral equipment, operating systems, and authorized software applications for employees.
- Performing routine system checks, installing security patches, updating software, and verifying that automated backup systems are running correctly.
- Educating staff members on basic technical procedures, writing clear self-help documentation, and guiding users through cybersecurity best practices.
- Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, passwords, and data permissions within active directories and networks.
- Any other task assigned by the Assistant Director / Director concerned.
