Accounts/ Audit Assistant

Qualification:

• Minimum 2nd Class B.Com/ BBA or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience.
• Computer literate / certification.

Age: (18-30) + 5 years (General) + 5 years (Balochistan) = 40

Job Location: Local Based District Wise posts : (3xQuetta, 1x each for Bolan, Gwadar, Kalat, Kharan, Khuzdar, Lasbela, Loralai, Mastung, Noshki, Pishin, Panjgoor and Sibi)

Job Description:

• Preparation of all admin related cheques & MTs and put up for signatures after verification from the Incharge.
• Preparation / Maintenance of cashbook on daily basis.
• Entries of vouchers in AWACS with the coordination of DEO on daily basis.
• Preparation of trainees stipends on monthly basis & put up for signatures after verification by Incharge.
• Put up cash book to Inchargeon weekly basis for verification.
• To prepare / maintain of Ledger books/monthly reports.
• To keep and maintain record of stipend cheques awarded to trainees.
• Any other job/task assigned by Incharge.
