Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience: No prior professional experience required.
IT Training: Selected candidates shall undergo 6 weeks of basic IT training, including Microsoft Office, conducted by NITB during the probation period.
Recruitment Process: Recruitment shall be conducted at district level in Balochistan with the assistance of newly established employment cells.
Selection Method: Walk in interview only. No entry test or written examination.
Domicile Requirement: Candidates must possess a valid Balochistan domicile.
