Office Boys

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day office assistance including movement of files, official correspondence, photocopying, scanning, printing and delivery of documents within authorized offices.
• Arrange meeting rooms, seating, water, refreshments and basic stationery for official meetings and visitors.
• Assist with receiving, sorting and dispatching mail and maintain acknowledgment/dispatch records as instructed.
• Assist in orderly storage and authorized distribution of stationery and office supplies; report shortages and faults.
• Keep assigned workstations and common office areas orderly and assist with light non-hazardous housekeeping tasks.
• Handle confidential documents carefully; do not disclose, photograph or remove records without authorization.
• Assist administrative staff with routine clerical support appropriate to the post and with approved movement of light office materials (e.g. office files, stationery, paper bundles, small office supplies and lightweight equipment etc).
• Observe office timings, discipline, courteous conduct and health and safety instructions.
• Perform other lawful office-support duties assigned by authorized supervisor.

Minimum eligibility

• Qualification: Primary/Middle pass; Should be capable of reading/writing basic Urdu/English.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant office-support experience.
• Age: 35 years.
