Assistant Manager Monitoring

Minimum Experience Required: ---------------------------------- - Minimum 3 years of overall post qualification Telecom experience in Implementation or O&M of BSS and Transmission or RF (DT and optimization) of 2G and 3G / 4G (LTE) networks. - Good understanding of 2G, 3G / 4G (LTE) and OFC networks. Required Qualifications: -------------------------- - Engineering degree in Electrical /Computer / Telecom recognized by PEC or from a foreign university recognized by the HEC. Description of Responsibilities: ---------------------------------- - Analysis of performance KPIs not limited to outage calculation, congestion, traffic, utilization etc., related to assigned projects. - End to End Handling of OPEX Payments to Service Providers including report/data verifications, coordination with SPs, FM processing etc. - Complete project management of projects under monitoring and engaging all stake holders i.e., Monitoring auditors and SP to address any issues reported during monitoring visits. - Ensure timely escalation of issues to different Service Providers (SP) and maintain continuous follow-up for resolution of highlighted issues. - Conducting meetings with management i.e., Manager & HoD and apprising the ongoing monitoring performance. - Coordinate with SP for resolution of complaints forwarded from technical coordination department. - Coordinate with Legal & Finance department for processing of Auction, Force majeure, and payment related matters.
