Job Description: ------------------ - Development of case management system for Human Rights Complaints - Received and process complaints through case management System - Preside over proceedings to examine the complaints to ascertain the violation of fundamental rights. - Maintain record of cases / complaints, issue notices on behalf of the Commission and convey its decisions to relevant authorities for compliance - Supervise the Complaint handling mechanism of the NCHR - Overseas compilation, recording, verification, and dissemination of data related to complaints. (The registrar is responsible for ensuring that the Commission’s work is documented and reported accurately. - This involves preparing reports, maintaining records, and disseminating information to stakeholders) - Any other work entrusted by the competent authority. - 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added to maximum age limit.
