Chief Technical Officer

- Equivalent to BPS-20 - 20 Years (out of which 10 years’ experience must be in Thermal Power Generation) • The candidate must demonstrate operation & maintenance ability of big power generation plants, vibrant leadership skills, change management and team building experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • The candidate must possess the ability to work as a team player to nurture an environment of opportunity for maximum creativeness and sense of accomplishment along with the utilization of the best administrative practices which will assure an efficient operating organization. • The candidate must demonstrate to be an agent of change management. • The candidate should be thoroughly familiar with the regulatory frame works, system operation and market player’s role in today’s Power Generation Sector dynamics. • The candidate should have complete understanding of the political, legislative and communal sensitivities to develop relationships and comply with corporate social responsibility essential for the growth of Company. • A Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical) and must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Job & Interview location: Islamabad - Merit • Additional qualification i.e., Masters in Engineering / MBA from a well reputed institute will be given preference.
