Master in Physics

- Minimum 3 years experience of teaching the subject at O & A Levels, preferably in a boarding setup. - Designing syllabus breakdown & Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class to accomplish their educational needs. - Adopting and working towards the implementation of the school development plan for its students. - Assigning work, correcting and marking work carried out by students. - Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and behavior of students. Catering for special needs of various categories of learners using the best practices. - Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments - Providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters. - Communicating, consulting and co operating with other members of the staff to ensure the best interest of students. - Reviewing and evaluating his own teaching and learning strategies and methodologies in line with the Curriculum taught. - Ensuring high standards of professional practices and quality of teaching and learning of the subject - Participating in training courses as well as in continuing professional development opportunities. - Maintaining good order and discipline amongst students. - Contributing to the professional development of new teachers. - BS / MS / MSc from an HEC recognized University, additional relevant qualification and certifications would be preferred. 5 years general age relaxation has already been added.
