Director Audio/Video/Image/OSINT Forensics

Job Scale/ Grade*: NFAPS-10 (Equivalent to BPS-20) The Director leads the Audio/Video/Image/OSINT Forensic Division, overseeing forensic analysis, case validation, and expert reporting. Responsible for defining operational procedures, ensuring compliance with forensic standards, managing team performance, and coordinating with law enforcement and judicial entities. Provides technical direction in complex multimedia and open-source investigations. A minimum of BS/BE/MSc (16 years education) in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecom, AI, Software Engineering, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Cyber Security, Digital Forensics from a local HEC Recognized University, Or An equivalent foreign bachelor degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. A minimum of 10 years of total experience with at least 7 years experience in BPS-18 or equivalent or above. At least 6 months certification to work as A/V, Image or OSINT Forensics Expert. At-least 04 years working experience as a notified forensics expert in a designated forensic lab of federal or provincial government in the field of OSINT, Audio, Video/Image Forensics is a must.
