Job Description

Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized university in Management Sciences /Economics / Business AdministrationExperience: Minimum 04 years of post-qualification working experience in administration/ Finance and operations in a reputable organization. Must have skills of liasoning and coordination with internal sector and other government bodies.Skills Required: Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills with fluency in written and spoken English Ability to work under pressure and to resolve problems in an efficient mannerAbility to lead a and work effectively as part of a teamStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environmentWell versed with office productivity, MS Excel, Internet and email applicationsJob Descriptions:Assist the Manager Finance & Administration in the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the administrative team.Handle correspondence, document management, and maintain office records.Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and conferences.Assist in managing administrative budgets, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports.Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Assist Manager in monitoring and evaluation of staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed.Maximum age: 45 Years.Annual Increment: 5% annual increment will be given depending upon KPIs achievement and overall performance in the year
