Website & ERP Support Officer

Job Scale/ Grade*: NFAPS-06 (Equivalent to BPS-16) • Website maintenance and updates (content, links). • Troubleshooting website errors and performance issues. • Providing technical support for ERP end-users. • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, databases). • User account management within the ERP system. • Testing new ERP features or updates. • Documenting support procedures and user guides. • Data backup and recovery for web/ERP platforms A minimum of BS/BSc (16 years) in Computer Science, Software Engineering and IT from a local HEC Recognized University, Or An equivalent foreign bachelor degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. Minimum 3 years of experience in website and ERP solutions design and development. Must be a full stack developer. Experience of developing secure web applications and mobile applications will be preferred. Demonstrated experience of at least 10 dynamic/responsive (smartphones and tablets) websites is required Punjab (1) Job Location: Islamabad 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added.
