• Ensuring that all procedures follow ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements. • Reviewing and authorizing updates to SOPs and workflows. • Ensuring staff are trained and competent for their assigned roles. • Monitoring the performance of the Evidence Receiving Unit through audits, internal reviews, and feedback. • Coordinating with the Quality Assurance for corrective/preventive actions related to evidence handling or documentation nonconformities. • Authorizing the acceptance or rejection of evidence in special or disputed cases. • Approving chain of custody documents in complex cases (e.g., cross-jurisdictional evidence) Minimum of BS/BE/MSc (16 years education) in natural or applied sciences from a local HEC Recognized University, Or an equivalent foreign bachelor degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. At least 05 years relevant professional experience in evidence handling in a designated public forensic lab.
