Forensic Analyst DNA

Job Scale/ Grade*: NFAPS-08 (Equivalent to BPS-18) • Report any nonconformance/incident/accident to Senior Forensic Analyst (SFA). • Testifying in courts of Law • Train junior team and newly hired members. • Other duties as assigned by SFA. A minimum of BS/BE/MSc (16 years education) in Molecular Biology or Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Forensic Science or Botany or Zoology or virology or Immunology or Microbiology or Molecular Genetics or equivalent from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Or An equivalent foreign bachelor degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. At least 6 months certification to work as a Human DNA analyst. At least five years relevant experience as bench analyst in a designated forensic laboratory of Federal/ Provincial Government of Pakistan Sindh (Rural) (1) Job Location: Islamabad 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added.
