Qualifications:
Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized national/international institution Management Sciences / Business Administration / Public Administration / Finance / Engineering / Computer Sciences / IT/ Economics/ Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines.
Experience:
Min. 8 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum of five years in Admin / Operations roles, with solid hands on experience in facility management, fleet and transport management, asset and inventory control, vendor and service contract management, routine procurements, and coordination of official domestic and international travel including ticketing, hotel bookings, and event logistics, along with preparation of documentation in line with internal control and audit requirements.
Experience in a Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Govt. organization(s) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage facility and office administration for all PSEB offices, including workspace management, utilities, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and coordination with service providers.
Coordinate administrative workflows and provide operational support across departments as required.
Oversee vehicle pool and transport management, including vehicle allocation, usage monitoring, maintenance scheduling, fuel cards management, and compliance with approved policies.
Maintain custody, control, and lifecycle management of company assets, including asset tagging, issuance, movement, verification, and disposal in accordance with approved procedures.
Ensure accurate inventory management of company assets, including record maintenance, periodic physical verification, reconciliation, and reporting.
Manage administrative arrangements for official travel, including ticketing, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate booking and management of venues for official meetings, trainings, conferences, and organizational events.
Coordinate with Procurement and Finance for administrative procurements, service contracts, renewals, and timely processing of payments in line with applicable rules.
Participate in evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring of administrative service providers in coordination with Procurement and Finance.
Assist in preparation and monitoring of the administrative budget and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
Supervise administrative staff and outsourced service providers, including task allocation, attendance oversight, performance monitoring, and service quality control.
Prepare administrative notes, summaries, reports, and compliance responses for management, committees, and audit requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, government rules, and audit observations relating to administration, assets, and facilities.
Support development, review, and implementation of administrative SOPs and internal controls to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate administrative documentation relating to statutory registrations and compliance matters as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
