The position is based in Islamabad
The Licensing Operations & Diligence Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a high quality, timely, and well coordinated licensing application review process. The position is responsible for screening applications, preparing evaluation materials, coordinating multi domain inputs, managing communication with applicants, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across licensing processes and workflows. The role requires strong analytical rigor, professional communication, and the ability to manage detailed operational tasks with accuracy and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the timely and accurate screening of all categories of licensing applications in accordance with organizational standards and guidelines.
• Prepare and present cases for evaluation committees, demonstrating strong understanding of application details and all applicant communications.
• Coordinate across business, legal, technical, financial, and infrastructure teams to ensure that evaluations are comprehensive, accurate, and compliant with organizational procedures.
• Draft, refine, and finalize evaluation reports supporting committee deliberations and licensing decisions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on applicants, ensuring credibility, compliance, and eligibility based on documented criteria.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with applicants throughout the screening and evaluation lifecycle.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements, including enhancements to checklists, evaluation frameworks, templates, formats, and committee workflows.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Licensing Operations department.
• Perform responsibilities at a level equivalent to Manager level expectations, demonstrating leadership, initiative, and accountability.

Education Requirements:
• Minimum academic qualification for this role is a Graduate / bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Engineering, Information Technology, Natural Sciences, Engineering Management, or Business from an HEC recognized institution. from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is desirable and will be considered an advantage.
