• COC Class 1 (Master / Chief Engineer).
• Minimum 1 Year sailing experience as Captain / Chief Engineer on Foreign Going (FG) Vessels.
• Preference will be given to a candidate having:
• Experience of working in Ship Management Company.
• HSSE / ISM experience in a reputable shipping company.
• Ship survey experience with good knowledge of SIRE (Ship Inspection Report Program) & TMSA (Tanker Manager & Self Assessment).

• Implement and enforce safety standards, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
• Serve as a liaison between the head office, vessel crews, and external stakeholders and communicate effectively with relevant authorities, flag states, and classification societies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee and participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents, or near-misses related to safety, security, quality, and the environment and Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of incidents.
• Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential crises or incidents at sea.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in maritime regulations and ensure that vessels comply with all relevant laws and standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure continuous improvement in fleet operations.
