One Year Practical experience in the relevant field To conduct training in specific fields of their qualification. To design, develop, implement and evaluate training plans and methodology. To determine training objectives. Provide directions and guide line to the trainees of the institute. Keeps complete information available pertaining to their trainees and also to maintain proper statistics. Ensure admissions in each session. Enlist trained women for order work. Keep and maintained discipline of the classes. Report writing regarding activities, field visits, progress of the classes.
