Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, non-repeated and preferably international experience of sufficient duration to be able to build and lead a team, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Job Specification:
• Development and implementation of strategic communication, public engagement, narrative building initiatives, and integrated communication plans within the Ministry.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and environmental scanning to inform strategic planning, decision-making processes related to communication and public perception, and policy formulation
• Support the formulation and execution of communication strategies, media campaigns, public engagement initiatives, narrative building efforts, and audience segmentation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective coordination and integration of communication efforts, both domestically and internationally.
Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Economics, Public Policy, Political Science/International Relations, or a similar discipline from a highly reputed institution.
