Manager ERP

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: • Sixteen (16) years of education or Master’s degree in IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Telecommunications or an IT related discipline (with at least 60% marks) from duly recognized university by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. • The candidate must possess at least 10 years of relevant IT experience with at least (02) years at Middle/Senior management from private sector or BPS-18 and above in case of Govt. / Semi Govt./Autonomous Body. REMUNERATION: The positions are offered market based lump sum package. TENURE: The employment will be on an open contract on lump sum pay package, with six months’ probation period. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Manage the ERP Applications management functions. • Plan, Organize, Execute and Monitor the activities of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities. • Plan, execute and track Applications Administration, Development, Rollout & Support group activities • Devise, implement & ensure SLA compliance for & within the Configuration & Support group. • Manage the internal & external communication for the implementation and rollout the applications • Perform managerial duties such as writing performance evaluations and reviewing, coordinate, conducting team meetings etc. • Conduct the project review meetings to raise timely alarms on critical activities & resolving the concerns through functional heads • Identify and mitigate risks – drive out barriers to success, escalate as needed • Report status, escalations and issues to LESCO's Top Management • Plan & Execute software configuration management activities. • Identify, control, and make available selected software work products. • Conduct software baseline audits according to documented procedures. • Review ERP activities with senior management on a periodic basis. • Ensure that ERP systems are functioning properly and its continuity of business processes. • Analyze and understand business requirements along with technical design and implementation. • Provide coaching and leadership to Team Members and End-Users. • Control project scope and risk management. • Manage ERP technical architecture/Infrastructure. • Communicates project needs regularly and effectively to Top Management NOTE: a) Only short listed candidates will be called for interview b) LESCO is an equal opportunity employer c) Incomplete application will not be considered and any or all applications can be rejected without assigning any reason. d) Job specific certifications and relevant experience of the candidate with LESCO will be given advantage in view of institutional memory and knowledge of LESCO Business. e) Serving employees should apply through proper channel.
