Job Description

Qualification: Law Graduate with at least 10 Years’ experience in practice in law

Job Responsibilities

Review and provide legal input endorsement to various documents received in the section as per procurement rules and other legal documents.
Assists in redresser of graveness or any other matter incidental thereto.
Provide input for contract negotiation to ensure adequate legal protection of interest of the Government of Pakistan in the legal agreement.
Provide legal assistance against any litigation arising out of daily business affairs.
Provide legal input for preparing para wise comments in various petitions were required.
Represent Ministry of Planning before the court of laws.
Interact on behalf of Ministry of Planning with relevant Federal and Provinces Government authorities as in when required with regards to legal matter.
Negotiation and replied legal notices.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Law (LLB) LLB Shariah and Law Master of Law (LLM) MPhil in Law BA Shariah Islamic Law Master of LAW (LLM) International Trade Laws Master of LAW (LLM) International Legal Studies BS Law MBA (Banking Law and Practices) LLM- Human Rights Law LLM Comparative Commercial Law LLM Sharia & Law LLM Commercial and Corporate Law LLB (Mercantile law) LLM International Commercial and Business Laws LLM Corporate Law MS Law & Legislature LLM-International and Maritime Law BS International Law
