Minimum Age : 40 years
i. The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university. A Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field shall be preferred. Registration with the relevant professional body (PEC or equivalent) where applicable shall be desirable.
ii. The candidate should have a minimum of 20+ years of progressively responsible professional experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale infrastructure, industrial, energy, public-sector, institutional development, EPC, or turnkey projects.
iii. The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in project planning, project execution, contract administration, procurement management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects. Experience in large-scale public-sector, educational, healthcare, energy, industrial, or infrastructure development projects shall be considered an added advantage.
iv. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of public procurement procedures, project development frameworks, contract management, financial controls, regulatory compliance, and project governance systems. Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, decision-making, and reporting capabilities are essential.
