Business Strategy and Liaison Manager /Officer

Job Specification:

• Provide regular performance and customer reports aligned with agreed targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify key growth indicators, develop and monitor KPIs, and enhance reporting systems to assess organizational performance
• Formulate and implement data-driven strategies for growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Devise, develop, test, and deploy new performance measurement frameworks and analytics models.
• Conduct market and business research to support Quantum Valley’s strategic initiatives and innovation programs.
• Drive productification of analytic capabilities in data management, modeling, and insight generation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose performance gaps and propose data-supported improvements.
• Produce forecasts, market analyses, and strategic recommendations for policy and operational decision-making
• Support R&D commercialization, partnership evaluation, and international collaboration strategies
• Develop comprehensive analytical dashboards for management reporting and policy evaluation.

Qualifications:

• MS / BS Business Analytics, Management Sciences, Strategic Management, Economics, or Data Science from an HEC-recognized university.
• Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with MBA or Strategic Management specialization preferred.
• Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in business strategy, analytics, or technology management.
• Proven record in performance analytics, research-driven decision-making, and strategic planning for technology or innovation projects.
• Experience in market research, KPI development, and business intelligence systems.- Exposure to public sector R&D, tech incubation, or innovation ecosystems preferred.
