Admin, Support & Security Staff

Job Specification:

• Oversee office administration, transport, and facilities management ensuring smooth operations
• Implement and monitor administrative and security policies across the organization
• Supervise security staff, manage CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems
• Conduct risk assessments, organize emergency drills, and ensure safety preparedness
• Investigate security incidents and implement corrective measures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and organizational regulations
• Manage procurement and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
• Coordinate with law enforcement, local authorities, and regulatory bodies
• Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and effective communication across all admin and security functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Preference for candidates with security/safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent
• Ex-Police, Ex-Army, or Ex-Revenue officers highly preferred due to relevant experience and discipline..

Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in administration, facilities, and security management.
• Proven record of security operations, risk assessments, crisis management, and compliance
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, and coordination with law enforcement and government agencies
• Strong leadership, discipline, and decision-making capabilities.
