Purpose of the Position
The People & Culture Officer shall support the implementation of the Authority’s human resource policies, processes, and people initiatives. The role will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, and record management to support an efficient, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation. Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee-related administrative requirements.
• Coordinate performance management activities, training program, learning initiatives, and employee development activities. Maintain relevant records and track completion of HR processes.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and workplace culture initiatives. Assist in organizing internal activities and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
• Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and applicable rules and regulations. Assist in employee relations, conduct and disciplinary documentation, and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain workforce data, and support management with information relating to recruitment, staffing, performance, training, and other people-related matters.
Education
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
• A fresh graduate or someone having 1 year of relevant experience in human resource management, people operations, recruitment, or related HR functions.
• Experience in recruitment, employee records, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations will be preferred.
• Experience in the public sector, development organizations, or large private-sector entities will be an advantage.
