Job Description

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience, in database administration and management.

Age: Maximum 40 years
(Five years’ general age relaxation has already been added to the upper age limit; no other age relaxation is admissible.)

Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Job Description: • Administer, maintain, and secure databases in accordance with approved standards and procedures. • Ensure database availability, integrity, backup, and recovery of data. • Monitor and optimize database performance and storage utilization. • Implement access controls, security measures, and audit mechanisms for databases. • Coordinate database support activities with application and system teams. • Maintain database documentation, configurations, and operational records. • Support disaster recovery and business continuity requirements related to databases. • Perform assigned duties as directed by the competent authority
