Job Description
Qualifications: Minimum BBA/Bachelor's degree in Procurement /Supply Chain/Finance. MBA, Certifications in procurement preferred. At least 2 x years of experience working with AGPR on public funds is a plus.
Age: Maximum 45 Years
(Five years’ general age relaxation has already been added to the upper age limit; no other age relaxation is admissible.)
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in public procurement.
Job Description: • Conduct all procurement activities as per PPRA Rules and PSDP procedures. • Prepare tender documents, bid evaluations, and purchase orders. • Maintain vendor databases and ensure transparency in procurement processes. • Coordinate with the Finance and Admin sections for timely payments and approvals. • Ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements in procurement matters. • Monitor supply and delivery schedules to ensure timely provision of goods/services. • Prepare procurement status reports.
