Deputy Director (Financial Analyst) PPS-09

Qualification:

• MS (Finance)/MSc (Economics)

/ACCA/CA or related discipline

• Minimum 16 years of education
• All degrees must be recognized by HEC

Eligibility/Experience:

• Minimum 07 years’ post qualification experience with at least 02 years’ experience of preparing and analyzing financial modeling of projects
• Use of advanced software related to business analysis & financial modeling will be a given preference
• Knowledge of MS Office

Job Description:

• Conducting financial modelling of PR and its development initiatives.
• Performing scenario analysis.
• Determining cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
• Identifying financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
• Recommending initiatives for improving financial indicators of PR.
• Maintaining databases of cost items and PR performance data.
• Any other tasks given by Competent Authority.

Note:

• The posts are purely on contract basis for a period of two (02) years or till the completion of the project whichever is earlier. The contract will be extendable on satisfactory performance during the initial period and maximum up to the completion of the project.
